2025 Tariffs
We ship from Chico, California, USA. All shipments to domestic US addresses will not require tariffs or be impacted by the new legislation at this time, as we are a US-based company with 100% ownership in the state of California.
Canada
2/1/2025: Canada launched a 25% tariff on US domestic products shipped into Canada from the United States. This was halted on 2/3/2025. We have re-opened shipping to Canada for the next 3 weeks.
You will be responsible for all customs and import fees to Canada on VCMTUNER and VCMTUNER II orders. Product ships through USPS to Canada Post. It generally takes 4-5 business days for the product to reach customs, and a few days to clear customs before it is delivered by Canada Post to your home or business.

Mexico (Shipping Suspended)
Mexico also added a 25% fee on 2/1/2025 on imports from the United States. We stopped shipping to Mexico in 2023 due to the volume of missing and lost packages approaching 35% of what we shipped.
Shipping to Mexico has been suspended indefinitely for VCMTUNER and VCMTUNER II units. If you wish to order, you will need to contact a freight forwarder and set up an account individually with them.

Europe and Elsewhere
As of 2/1/2025, we are not aware of any new fees or tariffs for US packages beyond what already existed. Customers who purchase products are liable to pay for their own tariffs and fees in these countries, as has been the case for the last 4+ years. We expect this to change based on anticipated legislation in 2025.
